Resurrection Life Car Show, July 2008

As expected, the turn out was wonderful at the eighth annual Resurrection Life Church Car Show in Grandville, MI. Very few trailer queens and a large variety of local cars. Many are on my past posts, so I did not take pictures of them again. The pictures I took are mostly of the cars that I had chosen to win in their category. Many were not my first choice, but were very interesting and deserved being represented here.

This is a wordless Wednesday photo shoot. I will not comment, just post the pictures.

I would like to say one other thing. To my friend Scruffy over at Suede and Chrome, I hope your daughter is doing better. You see, she was out with the family having fun and caught a foul ball....in the chin! Ouch! Scruffy had to take his five other kids and head to the hospital. His daughter had her mouth wired shut. Broken jaw in two places, and broken teeth. Now this might have been good for her siblings, having sis's mouth wired shut, but not for this 15 year old young lady. God bless you, my lady. There were well over 500 cars in attendance. Maybe even 800, as that was the final count last year. I would imagine many of the cars pictured won trophies. We left before the judging, but, with the high quality of cars there and about 50 Mustangs, our little ol' guy was no doubt overlooked....
