Great barn tour, LCCC

This was a real treat. Sorry to say, we did not have a good turn out peoplewise, but the few who were there got a great barn tour. One of our favorite things to do with LCCC (Luther's Cruisers Car Club) is touring local garages and barns. Unfortunately, I haven't always taken my camera, but, just for you folks, from now on I will!

This is a tour of the barns belonging to Jerk R. He has such an eclectic collection, but he specializes in Mr. Ford's Model T.

Jerk has some homemade-type cars. I guess they were produced in small quantities and one could built it themselves from a kit. The first Kit cars I guess.

This Model T has a neat story. It seems an acquaintance of Mr. R's asked if he could store this car in his garage. Yup, says Mr. R. 12 years later it is still there. Mr. R has the title. Signed. Darn. I just didn't have an extra 10k in my pocket that day.

The day we were there, he was finishing up a Model T racer. We were there when he fired it up the first time. How cool was that?

I hope you enjoyed this tour. I will try to put together another one soon. I was thinking of doing one on my Mustang's home. It has a nice spot in my garage. Only it might be difficult to get the best pictures since there is a bed of snow all over the driveway!
