Video: Classic Design Concepts Firebreather in action
The Smoking Tire was recently lucky enough to not only get to fool around in a 2011 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 convertible, but also a Classic Design Concepts Firebreather.
The Firebreather is what we would like to think a "new" Firebird would look like. And it sports a 6.2 liter V8 under hood with a supercharger on top, which helps it produce a more-than-adequate 600 horsepower. While the car was originally built for use in a movie, it is now being offered to the car buying public. Check out the video to see these two unique muscle car heavyweights go at it.

FireBreather movie car shows up at Detroit Autorama
Michigan-based film maker Exodus Pictures has a new movie coming out titled Jinn. The car was designed by, Ajmal Ahmad, who is also the writer and director of the sci-fi film. The one off car is based on the Chevrolet Camaro.
The FireBreather sports a new front fascia, hood, rear fascia, and wheels. The nose bears a strong resemblance to the many Pontiac Firebird concepts we have seen. Performance mods are nill, but the suspension has been upgraded with an Eibach Pro-Plus Performance handling package and Pirelli PZero Rosso tires.
If you want your own FireBreather, you're in luck. Exodus will be offering 50 examples of the car, individually numbered and priced at under $60,000. Orders can be placed at the FireBreather website, and are first come first served.
