Video: A whole lot of 2010 Camaros in Dallas

Last week, a parade of 2010 Camaros drove from Victory Park in Dallas to Sundance Square in Ft. Worth with a police motorcade. It was Chevrolet's first large-scale Camaro event, and hopefully soon we'll be seeing lots of these on the streets.

On a side note, two weeks ago while driving through Atlanta I saw a yellow SS. Not really sure how someone got their hands on it before the first one was officially sold, unless it was a dealer or pretty important inside guy.

Report gasoline price gouging!

RICHMOND, CA - JULY 14: Homes stand amidst th...Image by Getty Images via Daylife Here in South Carolina, we awoke this morning to find gas prices have risen 54 cents a gallon on average. I fueled up yesterday at a cost of $3.56 a gallon. The same station this morning is charging $3.99 a gallon. The first station I tried to stop at had shut it's pumps down, presumably saving what gas it had to price gouge the consumer today.

There have been reports of some stations in nearby towns charging up to $5.21! All of this because of speculation of what Hurricane Ike "might" do to our oil refineries in Texas.

This is a classic example of price gouging. While this practice has been illegal in the United States since the beginning of time, oil companies get away with it regularly.

You can help by reporting this type of activity here.

Mustang Week 2008

Just got back from the car show at Mustang Week 2008! Lots of nice cars out there. Not the nicest of days as it's been overcast all day long but that didn't stop the hundreds of spectators that showed up to check out the 200+ stangs in attendance. The great thing about the show is that there were numerous cars in the parking lot that were just as nice as the ones entered in the show. I was also surprised to see all the big name vendors that were in attendance. Lots of great stuff indeed. The only thing that dissapointed me is that there were only a few four eyes inattendance. My goal is to get mine finished by next year so that I can take the week off and attend all of the festivites. On to the pictures! Click on any of them to view the larger image.
