This is Vern's very nice 1928 Chevy Coupe. Vern has won many trophys with this imaculate automobile. Vern does the work himself! I know that because he is my neighbor. Hi neighbor! Great job with the restoration!
This is a line of VW Campers. There were actually three rows of these vans, all in various stages of condition. From very nice, clean and restored to OMG why did they drive that thing here! This VW group is actually having its National Convention here in Grand Rapids and this is where they come together. Very interesting group I said as the sweet smell of grass flowed over my car!
I did not get the name of the owner of this car. A terrific paint job! Very patriotic. I used to have my tow trucks painted with flags when I owned my own towing company...in another life...
Sharp! Big! This is quite the 1948 Lincoln Continental Coupe, owned by Nelson and Betty from Hudsonville. I bet it flows down the road like a cloud! Thanks for bringing it guys! More info! This car was owned by Philippe Wyanne from the Spinners, a singing group from the 50's. 60's, and 70's! The Spinners never had a hit record until Philippe came aboard in 1970. "Could It Be I'm Falling In Love" was one of their hit records from the 70"s. Now, here is a real treat. This is a great way to display your car. Give all the information about it on a board that is displayed out front of the car! Wonderful idea Tom! And a beautiful Red 1960 Ford Sunliner. Nice!
No info on this vehicle. It was very well done and the person who brought it deserves a good "thank you" for showing us it is not only cars that can be showstoppers! I also love how he did his info on the van. He took an antique floor coaster and refinished it to use as the info display. Neat idea!
