Video: Chevrolet previews it's SEMA lineup

A couple of days after showing you the Ford Mustang lineup we'll be seeing at next month's SEMA show in Las Vegas, we now have this nifty video detailing Chevy's lineup. And not surprisingly, they will have a lot of Camaros there. And unlike last year when the car was shiny and new, this time the aftermarket has had a whole year under it's belt to develop new parts.

Video: Hennessey receives first Camaro, takes it to the drag strip

Hennessey has some grand plans for the new 2010 Camaro, and now they can get started playing around with one as they have taken delivery of the very first one off the assembly line.

The car is an Inferno Orange SS model with a six speed manual and 426 hp, but Hennessey engineers have already tweaked an extra 20 horsepower out of the LS3 to bump it up to 446 hp.

Barely a day into it's existence the car got rung out at the track, and responded with a soft launch 60 time of 5.2 seconds, with the quarter mile coming in 13.6 @ 108mph.

Not great times, but it's only the beginning in what is sure to be a new age for muscle car lovers.

Group Five Limited Challenger Speedster

There are certain to be dozens of variations of Challengers at this year's SEMA show, some will be versions that Dodge may not be interested in producing. One of the biggest is chopping the roof off, which Dodge won't do because of cost and weight considerations.

But for the lovers of open air motoring, anything can be done. We already reported on one converted 'vert from Coach Builders LTD, and now we bring you sketches of a second one, from Group Five Limited.

This Challenger 'vert comes sans top and with a cut-down windshield for that classic "speedster" profile. Other body mods clean up the front and rear fascias for a true shaved, custom look.
